Pay issues transfer too - do your due diligence!
From 2 July 2018, where there has been a TUPE transfer of employees, all national minimum wage (NMW) liabilities (potentially seemingly historic), including the full penalty amount, will now be enforced against the transferee employer. Basically, the new employer is likely to 'inherit' the problem.
